Thong Kee X Shopee

limited Edition tote bag Design

Nakaya & Co. is honoured to once again collaborate with Thong Kee, this time for an exclusive partnership with ShopeeFood.

We were invited to design a limited-edition tote bag for this collaboration, and we approached the project with one key question in mind: How can we seamlessly blend both brands while ensuring that each retains its distinctive identity?

Design Concept & Execution

After much thought and exploration, we discovered an interesting visual alignment—ShopeeFood’s logo is shaped like a takeaway bag. This became the foundation of our design.

ShopeeFood Identity – We filled the tote bag with ShopeeFood’s signature orange, transforming it into an extension of the ShopeeFood brand. The act of carrying the bag itself symbolises the essence of ShopeeFood: "We deliver everywhere."

Thong Kee’s Iconic Products – To amplify Thong Kee’s presence, we boldly featured its two most iconic offerings—3-in-1 Croissant and 1+1 Coffee—directly on the bag. This striking visual represents "We bring Thong Kee to you with ShopeeFood."

Market Positioning & Brand Impact

The final design is modern, youthful, and instantly recognisable. It not only enhances brand synergy between Thong Kee and ShopeeFood but also serves as a mobile advertisement, reinforcing the message of convenience and accessibility.

We are truly honoured to be part of this collaboration and excited to see these exclusive tote bags making their way into the hands of coffee and croissant lovers everywhere!
